Hypnosis is a beautiful tool that allows you to relax deeply, so we can focus on the mind and unlock the power of your subconscious. This part of your mind is incredibly influential—it drives so many of our beliefs, behaviors, and even those unhelpful coping mechanisms we pick up along the way. Hypnosis helps us make meaningful changes to automatic thought patterns that may have been causing pain.
As a Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist (CBH), I bring together the powerful tools of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and hypnosis to help untangle and reset thought patterns. This combined approach is especially helpful for those struggling with anxiety, intrusive thoughts, panic attacks, phobias, repetitive negative thinking, or low confidence. Hypnosis is an incredibly effective tool for transforming these experiences.
I also offer TimeLine Therapy® as a gentle way to release negative emotions tied to past memories. While we don’t erase the memory, we can shift how you feel about it now, so it no longer holds you back. My role as your coach is to support, guide, and empower you every step of the way, drawing from my own lived experiences to provide real, compassionate support.

My coaching sessions are unique and transformational, grounded in a genuine passion for helping you find your way forward. I carry out all my sessions online, which works just as well as in person.
After establishing what you'd like to change, we being each session with a quick chat about any noticeable changes you've experienced and what's improved, We then go into a relaxation session, I will talk you through a beautiful relaxation so that you are completely open and your mind can accept the suggestions we offer it. There is nothing that I can suggest that will make you do anything you don't want to! Hypnosis is a technique that works only when you're happy and in agreement with what we decide to change. We then set some homework - this may be an exercise that helps you to strengthen what we are working on. You will also have some recordings to listen to at night. Its a powerful process and I love helping people through the transformations we can create.
